1. Advanced English Grammar and Communication
Length of Study: 6 weeks (120 Hours)
This course is designed to
broaden the range of English Grammar Structures and Communicating Abilities. This is an advanced course for students who want to be more native-like in writing and speaking as well as a requirement for students unable to pass the CELSA Exam to enroll in other non-ESL Programs of
Bell Business School. The exam will be retaken upon completion of this course to
re-determine eligibility.

2. Business English
Length of Study: 6 weeks (120 Hours)
This course is designed to give
extensive practice in English for students who intend to study Business Studies or other courses with an international dimension. Course objectives: To activate and extend existing English Language Skills within a business framework, to improve accuracy and precision when speaking and writing, to develop effective reading and listening strategies, to raise intercultural awareness and to develop interactive skills.

3. Understanding American Culture
Length of Study: 6 weeks (120 Hours)
This course is intended
for newly arrived foreign students with an advanced level of English to get familiarized with the American lifestyle. It is designed to expose those with limited understanding of American life to the many aspects of its nature. It is taught as a Second Language Course, so advanced grammar and conversation exercises will be used throughout the course.

4. Using American English in a Business Setting
Length of Study: 6 weeks (120 Hours)
The Primary goal is to provide instruction and practice in oral and English communication using business related topics as its content base. Instructional materials will include current articles from business journals and newspapers, and texts written for second language learners. Activities will include participation in simulated business meetings; language exercises using video and audio input; and writing assignments focusing on business letters, reports, proposals, and case analyses. The course will develop proficiency in applying the various principles of English to language structure, usage and style as used in on the job and in employment situations.
